The utility model discloses a handpiece for a co-extrusion biaxial stretching composite pipe. The handpiece comprises a main handpiece connector, a flow divider, an air inlet nozzle, a flow divider support, a handpiece body, a mandril, a dividing sleeve, a clamp ring, a mouth mould, a roller connector, a roller, a vacuum sizing sleeve and an air blocking expansion plug. The handpiece is characterized in that an interlayer dividing sleeve is arranged in a hollow cavity formed between the dividing sleeve and the mandril; a gap channel is formed between the dividing sleeve and the interlayer dividing sleeve and connected with an auxiliary handpiece connector arranged on the handpiece body; the auxiliary handpiece connector is connected with another extrusion machine; the outer wall of the vacuum sizing sleeve is sleeved with a cooling box; a spraying pipe is arranged at the part, close to the air blocking expansion plug, in the cooling box; the main handpiece connector and the auxiliary handpiece connector are connected with the interlayer dividing sleeve so that a mould cavity is fully filled with circular flowing materials; therefore, the material flow sizing accuracy is high, the extrusion is stable, and the surface gloss of products is high; due to the interlayer dividing sleeve, the materials are uniformly distributed so that the orientation stretching of the materials is balanced, and anti-bursting strength and flexibility of the pipes are improved.
