NiO纳米颗粒对小球藻(Chlorella sp.)细胞胁迫性的研究

2009
The growth condition and micro-morphology were studied to reveal the inhibition of NiO nanoparticles to Chlorella sp. by contrast with Ni(superscript 2+). The EC50 value of NiO nanoparticles to Chlorella sp. at 96 h was 31.4 mg/L by the probability unit method, but the EC50 value of Ni(superscript 2+) was 1.73 mg/l in the same condition. The cell micro-morphology of Chlorella sp. inhibited by NiO and Ni(superscript 2+) were observered by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Transimission Electron Microscopy(TEM). It showed that the cell of Chlorella sp. inhibited by Ni(superscript 2+) was shrinked, distored and the cell organ was destroyed. However, the one inhibited by NiO partly showed a phenomenon of the cell languishment. The result showed that Ni(superscript 2+) was far more toxic than NiO nanoparticles.
