Tutoría entre iguales: experiencia de orientación psicopedagógica en el ingreso a la Universidad de Pinar del Río (UPR)

Carried out an explicative and longitudinal study at Pinar del Rio University, in the courses 2013-2014 end and 2014-2015, with the objective of implementing in the 1er year-old students, careers of Right and Sociocultural Studies a tutorship experience among equals for the development of the orientation process that allows the students their adaptation to the university community and their development as professional futures. Carried out a theoretical study of the investigation object and he/she left of the empiric verification carried out by investigators of the own University in previous courses. It was determined to center the investigation in the tutorship among same as a support type and non-professional helps. The sample was constituted by 2 groups, one of 17 students of 1er year of the career of Sociocultural Studies and the other of 16 students of the same year of the career of Right. We Carried out an intentional selection of subject type inside the students of third year of each career, being constituted by 8 students of Sociocultural Studies and 7 of Right. With the implementation and execution of the designed seminaries system was endowed and it facilitated to the student’s tools that improve the study, the knowledge of the university community and its operation. As thematic it was approached: The Use of the services of the UPR, the Organization and Planning of the time, this shops were evaluated of satisfactory according to comparison carried out before and after their realization.
