The medical support detection device comprises 1, a roller device which is used for driving a support sample to rotate so that all areas of the support sample can be detected conveniently, 2, a transverse illumination light source which is used for illuminating an outer surface area of the support sample, 3, a longitudinal illumination light source which is used for illuminating an inner surface area of the support sample, 4, an electronic linear array CCD which is installed on the support sample and is used for scanning the support sample by a line-by-line scanning method to obtain the integral image of the support sample, 5, an image processing device which is coupled with the electronic linear array CCD and is used for processing the data acquired by the electronic linear array CCD, and 6, a display device which is coupled with the image processing device and is used for displaying the processing result obtained by the image processing device.
