DENTAL REHAB ILITATION IN A PATIENT WITH CROUZON'S S YNDROME: A CAS E REPORT

Crou zon’s Syndrome is a rare genetic d isorder characterized by premature closure of cranial sutures, exopthalmos and mid facial hypoplasia. It occurs in 1 in 25,000 birth world wide. It is inherited as an autosomal do minant trait with variab le expressivity. Dental management in patients with this syndrome is o f majo r importance since variable oral and dental man ifestations maybe present. This is a case report of a 9year old male patient reported to our department with a chief co mp laint of continuous pain in lower left and right back reg ion, who was indicated to be treated under General Anesthesia.
