The present invention relates to an energy-saving control method of a data center based on model predictive control, comprising the following steps: 1) based on the internal data distribution center, using computational fluid dynamics simulations, for fast temperature estimation model of the data center; 2) based on the server and air-conditioning power model, outlet temperature change models and rapid temperature estimation model, state-space model of the data center; 3) state-space model, made applicable to the data center model predictive control scheme; 4) the use of AR model prediction data center assignments, the computational load for future prediction data center; the predicted amount of binding job, using MPC model predictive control scheme for each device to optimize control of the data center. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has a rapid and accurate estimate of the center data key component inlet and outlet air temperature, and use easily verified, a good practical advantages.
