Tiaozhong decoction treated incoordination between the spleen and the stomach type of infantile anorexia(IBSSTOIA)62 cases' curative effect observation

Objective Investigated Tiaozhong decoction treated IBSSTOIA’s clinical efficacy. Methods Chose April 2010 to October 2012 in our hospital IBSSTOIA 62 cases of children,which were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n=31)was given compound digestive enzyme capsules oral treatment,the obser vation group(n=31)was given Tiaozhong decoction oral treatment. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Before and after treatment it detected children with microelement zinc, salivar y amylase and D-xylose absor ption test and other clinical indicators. And it obser ved children with clinical eff icacy af ter treatment. Results The obser vation group’s total effective rate was 90.32%;the control group was 74.19%. The clinical efficacy compared with two groups had statistically significant(P0.05). 2 groups of children after treatment’s microelement zinc,salivary amylase and D-xylose absorption test and other clinical indicators of change situation was compared,which had a statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Tiaozhong decoction could effectively treat IBSSTOIA,and could promote the secretion of the salivary glands and intestinal absorption function,was suitable for widespread clinical application.
