To investigate about society function,quality of life for the patients with schizophrenia by family interfere put in practice in phase

Objective To investigate the rate of recrudesces,society function,quality of life for the patients with schizophrenia by family interfere put in practice in-phase.Methods 221 cases patients with schizophrenia were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=110)and control group(n=111).The study group were put in practice in-phase family interfere.The control group were follow up with numeric examine.To investigate the rate of recrudesce,society function,quality of life for the patients with schizophrenia with PANSS,SDSS and WHOQOL-BREF after 1 year and 2 years.Results The rate of recrudesce of the study group was 17.00%,but the control group was 29.55%.Among the 110 cases patients with schizophrenia by family interfere put in practice in-phase,there was statistically significant difference in PANSS,SDSS and WHOQOL-BREF after 1 year and 2 years(P<0,05 or P<0.01).Condusion The family interfere put in practice in-phase can reduce rate of recrudesce,improve quality of life and society function and prognosis.
