The device comprises a sampling pipe (1), a control valve (18) and a flow meter (19), and the device is characterized in that the upper part of the sampling pipe (1) is provided with a static-pressure gauging pipe (2); the sampling pipe (1) and the static-pressure gauging pipe (2) are connected with a differential pressure gauge (7); a cooling water clamping sleeve (4) wraps the sampling pipe (1) and the static-pressure gauging pipe (2); a sealing flange (3) is fixed outside the cooling water clamping sleeve (4); one end of the sampling pipe (1) is opened, and the other end of the sampling pipe (1) is connected with an upper stop valve (9) and a lower stop valve (10); a backblowing hole (8) is formed between the upper stop valve (9) and the sampling pipe (1); a bypass is connected between the upper stop valve (9) and the lower stop valve (10); a bypassing air path control valve (20) is mounted on the bypass; and the lower stop valve (10) is connected to a sampling barrel (11), a condenser (15), a water segregator (16), a dryer (17), the flow control valve (18) and the flow meter (19) in sequence. The device disclosed by the utility model has the advantages of being convenient in operations, accurate in measurement, good in safety, and suitable for sampling and measuring dusts in high-temperature and high-pressure gases.
