PENGARUH DISIPLIN, MOTIVASI, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KABUPATEN TOJO UNA-UNA

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and job satisfaction on performance either partially or simultaneously (2) to determine which dominant variables have an effect on employee performance. The study was conducted in December 2020 at the Regional Secretariat Office of Tojo Una-Una Regency. Based on the population of employees at the study site as many as 108 employees, the number of samples who became respondents was 85 employees (α = 5%). The research instrument used a questionnaire that was distributed to respondents. The research method applies a quantitative approach by testing hypotheses using multiple linear regression models. The results show that work discipline partially significant effect on performance where t count of 2.801> t table 1.990 and a significance value of 0.006 t table 1.990 and the significance value is 0.019 t table 1.990 and the significance value is 0.000 F table 2.717 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The R square value of 0.503 indicates that the research variables used are able to explain the performance variables with an accuracy of 50.3%. The results of the calculation of the relative contribution show that the dominant variable affecting the employee performance variable at the Regional Secretariat office of Tojo Una-Una Regency is the job satisfaction variable of 48.11%.   ABSTRAK Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahui(1)pengaruhdisiplinkerja,motivasikerja,dankepuasankerjaterhadapkinerjabaiksecaraparsialmaupunsimultan (2) mengetahui variabel dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2020 di Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una. Berdasarkan populasi pegawai di lokasi penelitian sebanyak 108 pegawai maka ditetapkan jumlah sampel yang menjadi responden sebanyak 85 pegawai (α=5%). Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Metode penelitian menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan model regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja dimana t hitung sebesar 2,801 > t tabel 1,990 dan nilai signifikansi 0,006 t tabel 1,990 dan nilai signifikansi 0,019 t tabel 1,990 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 F tabel 2,717 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai R square sebesar 0,503 menunjukkan bahwa variabel penelitian yang digunakan mampu menjelaskan variabel kinerja dengan ketepatan 50,3%. Hasil perhitungan kontribusi relatif menunjukkan bahwa variabel dominan yang mempengaruhi variabel kinerja pegawai pada kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una yaitu variabel kepuasan kerja sebesar 48,11%.
