REGIONAL INNOVATION CLUSTERS AS AN INSTRUMENT OF IMPROVEMENT OF THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY'S COMPETITIVENESS

This article analyses the sectoral affiliation and territorial belonging of regional innovation clusters in the Russian Federation and defines some possible ways of their development. The authors prove that the clusters should contribute towards a more balanced development of the country economic space.
