A clip with a flux-cored welding rollers

2012
A clip feed roller surfacing with flux-cored wire of high alloy steel, carbon steel sheath and comprising a wick, the wick material parts set mass%: carbon ferrochrome 26 to 30%, 6.0 to 7% ferrosilicon , 6.0 to 8% of manganese metal, 10 to 12% of nickel powder, 4.0 to 6% tungsten, iron, molybdenum, 6.0 to 8% iron, the balance being iron powder; coefficient of said core mass is 34 to 38%. High surface hardness of the roll, the hard layer whose hardness up to 55HRC, high temperature resistant rolls, impact resistance and fatigue resistance significantly improved, long service life. Welding wire of the invention may be the hard layer directly on the substrate roll, simple welding process. Stable weld quality, slag-free and crack phenomenon, the weld metal also has good heat stability and machining performance in the subsequent processing. Particularly suitable for build-up welding of high alloy steel rolling surface of the pinch roller of the hard layer.
