A Sensitivity Assessment Method for Marine Big Data

As important data assets driving the strategic development of the marine economy, data sharing is a prerequisite for utilizing the value of marine data. However, the leakage of sensitive marine data will damage national security and marine rights. In this paper, a sensitivity assessment method for marine big data is proposed for the purpose of information confidentiality. The method defines the marine sensitive knowledge representation model and the sensitivity assessment model from the view of data semantic understanding, and reasonably divides the data sensitive levels by calculating the sensitive value. The experiment shows that the method is reasonable and feasible, and the evaluation experiments are basically consistent with the predefined results.
