Aspergillosis of the lung.

1957
Three cases of pulmonary mycetoma are presented, one of which was successfully operated on. The condition is contrasted with more serious invasive forms of aspergillosis, possibly often aggravated by antibiotic treatment. Diagnosis is usually easy onx-ray appearances. The possibility of a more frequent incidence of this condition is stressed and of the confusion of this form with other more serious conditions such as tuberculosis.
