Environmental-protection type water-based wood oil, preparation method and construction process thereof

The present invention provides an environmental-protection type water-based wood oil, which comprises, by weight, 50-70 parts of an aqueous emulsion, 4-6 parts of a film-forming auxiliary agent, 20-40 parts of a cosolvent, 0.2-0.4 part of a defoamer, 0.1-0.4 part of a wetting agent, 1-3 parts of a dispersant, 0.5-1.5 parts of a thickener, 0.1-0.3 part of an anti-corrosion agent, 3-5 parts of a diluent, and 3-10 parts of a color paste, wherein the aqueous emulsion uses an aqueous acrylic acid emulsion with a particle size of not more than 30 nm, the wetting agent is a fluorine surfactant, and the color paste is a transparent iron oxide color paste. The present invention provides the improved environmental-protection type water-based wood oil, which does not affect the natural texture and the gas permeability of the wood, such that the wood has the characteristic of cracking resistance.
