Aplicación proceso de atención de enfermería en paciente con fibroadenoma mamario en el Hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro.

Mammary fibroadenomas constitute approximately 70% of benign tumors of the breast, being the most frequent in women aged 20 to 35 years, in most cases they are usually asymptomatic, except for a small palpable mass in one of the breasts, although sometimes it is usually bilateral. This case study has as its purpose the application of the nursing care process in an 18-year-old female patient, who atended a medical appointment, because for approximately 2 months noticed the appearance of a small a spherical mass, which manifested it was increasing its size as time went by, at the time of the doctor’s interview with the patient and his subsequent physical examination, it was possible to notice the presence of a nodule at the level of the right breast that showed pain on palpation, due to the clinical symptoms of the disease and the patiente was diagnosed as breast fibroadenoma, as well as the patient was ordered that she was admitted to the gyneco-obstetrics Ward of the Alfredo Noboa Montenegro hospital, for subsequent observation and assessment. In the same way, what is sought with this case study is to make known the importance of the nursing care process and its relationship whit the theory of adaptation of Sor Callista Roy in each of the interventions whit the patient, to achieve meet the objectives set in this investigation.
