Report of the Specifications and Tolerances (S&T) Committee

This is the final report of the Committee on Specifications and Tolerances (S&T) (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”) for the 96 Annual Meeting of the National Conference on Weights and Measures (NCWM). The report is based on the Interim Report offered in the NCWM Publication 16, “Committee Reports,” testimony at public hearings, comments received from the regional weights and measures associations and other parties, the NCWM 2011 Online Position Forum, the addendum sheets issued at the Annual Meeting, and actions taken by the membership at the voting session of the Annual Meeting.
