Progress in Preparation and Application of SrTiO_3-based Functional Powders

As an oxide with typical perovskite structure,SrTiO3 is a kind of functional ceramics used in wide field,due to its low dielectric loss and good thermal stability.The preparations and important applications of SrTiO3-based function ceramics in recent years are reviewed,and the development tendency of this kind of materials in the future is discussed as well.
