The invention relates to a graphene-polymer composite aerogel filter tip high-efficient adsorption stick and a preparation method thereof. The adsorption stick provided by the invention is characterized in that graphene oxide, an initiator, an acrylic acid monomer and a crosslinking agent are added into a water solution for reaction to obtain a gel stick, and removing a solvent to obtain the required adsorption stick. The adsorption stick is of a porous network structure and has a relatively high specific surface area, and the aerogel structure is in full contact with smoke gas aerogel, thereby having a good smoke gas interception effect. Meanwhile, the adsorption stick has a great promotion effect for interception of harmful components in smoke gas. As the adsorption stick is added in a filter tip, an original smoke gas passageway is destroyed, transverse motion of the smoke gas is increased, and the interception effect of the filter tip is further improved. By using different molds, the adsorption sticks with different appearances are obtained; and by adding the adsorption stick into the filter tip, a differentiated filter tip stick product with a novel appearance can be obtained.
