On our way establishing national guidelines on tactile surface indicators

Abstract Information on research as well as European practice was gathered to investigate state of the art on tactile paving surface indicators as a basis for national guidelines in Norway; recommending rib surfaces for directional guiding and perpendicularly laid as information indicator, as well as a pattern of truncated domes for warning.
