The invention discloses a low vacuum heating supply system of a thermoelectric plant, and relates to the technical fields of low temperature waste heat recovery and centralized heating of the thermoelectric plant. The low vacuum heating supply system of the thermoelectric plant comprises an absorption heat pump, a steam turbine, a steam condenser connected with the tail end of the steam turbine through a waste steam exhaust pipeline, a heat consumer connected with a circulating water heat exchange tube bundle inside the steam condenser through a heating network water supply pipeline and a heating network water return pipeline, and a heating network circulating pump located on the heating network water return pipeline or the heating network water supply pipeline. The low vacuum heating supply system of the thermoelectric plant is structurally characterized in that, an absorber of the absorption heat pump and a heat exchange tube bundle inside a condenser are respectively connected with the heating network water supply pipeline in series, a heat exchange tube bundle in an evaporator of the absorption heat pump is connected with the heating network water return pipeline in series, and a heat exchange tube bundle in a generator of the absorption heat pump and a medium and low voltage cylinder in the steam turbine are connected together in series through a low pressure steam pipeline. Compared with the prior art, the low vacuum heating supply system of the thermoelectric plant not only can effectively improve heating network water supply temperature and increase the heat supply radius of low vacuum circulating water heat supply, but also can avoid potential safety hazards on the steam turbine and the steam condenser caused by excess heating network water return temperature.
