Freight elevator and overload detecting device thereof

The invention discloses an overload detecting device of a freight elevator. The overload detecting device comprises a connecting plate, an adjusting plate, a mounting plate and a sensor, wherein the connecting plate is disposed between the lower bottom an elevator touch plate and the bottom of an elevator car, the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the lower bottom of the elevator touch plate, the connecting plate comprise a vertical connecting section vertical to the lower bottom of the elevator touch plate, the adjusting plate is fixedly connected with the vertical connecting section, the mounting plate is located between the lower bottom of the elevator touch plate and the bottom of the elevator car, the mounting plate is fixedly connected with the elevator car, the mounting plate comprises a vertical mounting section vertical to the bottom of the elevator car, the sensor for sensing blocking is fixedly connected with the vertical mounting section, the sensor is vertical to the vertical mounting section, and intervals exist between the detecting head of the sensor and the lower end of the adjusting plate in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction when the freight elevator is empty. The overload detecting device has the advantages that overload detecting failure caused by the fact that the overload detecting device is damaged by pressing, and safety is increased. The invention further comprises the freight elevator with the overload detecting device.
