Design and Analysis of Online Editorial System for Magazines

It is one of the focuses of the publishing house to speed up the publishing process and shorten the review cycle. In this context, this paper is aimed at the online editorial needs of the magazine, building an Eclipse-based platform, and using Java language and database construction to build a system development environment based on B/S and Android mobile application environment based on C/S, and following the process of author submission, editorial preliminary review, expert external review, editor-in-chief final review, review feedback and contribution recruitment. Therefore, it is designed to assist in the collection and review of magazines and to standardize the management of manuscripts.
