The invention provides a vibration isolation and buffering combined support for a satellite flywheel. The vibration isolation and buffering combined support comprises an upper platform, a vibration isolation assembly and a lower platform, wherein the upper end of the vibration isolation assembly is connected with the upper platform, and the lower end of the vibration isolation assembly is connected with the lower platform; the upper platform is used for installing the satellite flywheel; and the lower platform is used for installing a satellite cellular board. The vibration isolation assembly further comprises a vibration isolator and a buffering device. The buffering device is arranged on the inner side of the vibration isolator and comprises an upper supporting rod, a lower supporting rod, a first buffering plate, an inner sleeve, a piston, a second buffering plate and a bushing. The isolation vibration assembly has the two functions of buffering and vibration isolation. Due to the buffering device, the vibration isolation and buffering combined support can safely pass a launch driving section, the vibration response magnification times of a flywheel installation interface does not exceed the index requirement, and in-orbit vibration isolation performance of the support is not affected; and due to the vibration isolation portion, vibration of the satellite flywheel in six directions is restrained, and the purpose of lowering vibration response of a sensitive load installation board is achieved.
