Discuss Construction Enterprise on Scientific Management of Production Safety

Safety is an assignable element of production in architecture industry.Industrial accidents may lead to big losses to the enterprise and a great harm to the society.How to work safely in an efficient way is a considerable problem to every construction enterprise.In this paper,according to the basic theory of production safety and combining the status of construction enterprises,the author discussed how to carry through the management in production safety scientifically as a reference,in the parts of construction quality management,safety standardization management,the plan of strengthening the construction safety,safety production information management,the management team and workforce development,etc.
