Bending the light: Using videos to privilege orality in the classroom

Often in post-secondary education, we ignore sensory experiences of learning while privileging content based delivery of information. Through this presentation, I will illustrate how privileging orality by using iterative reflexive video entries centers the mind/body/spirit while encouraging students to bend the light and ‘see’ what lies beneath the obvious.
