NiO Film Fabricated by Sol-gel Technology and Various Influential Factors

With the development of all solid state thin film lithium ionic batteries,NiO thin film has not only be used widely as good electrochromic materials,but also be as capacitor materials,gas-sensing materials and electrode materials.Recently,the sol-gel method for preparing inorganic thin films has become a focus of research for its many advantages.The procedure and merits of this method are introduced and the influential factors in preparing NiO thin film such as the way to make film,the nature of sol and the heat treatment conditions are discussed,purposing to provide some illuminations and suggestions for NiO thin film anode material research and development.
