Composition for oral intake comprising i) at least one component selected from the group consisting of polyunsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty esters deacidos - eg ethyl esters, mono-, di-, and triglycerides; and ii) at least one component selected from the group consisting of carotenoids, wherein the carotenoid amount is in the range of 25 to 80% by weight based on the total weight of lacomposicion.
