Carbon fiber static-conducting coating and method for making same

The invention relates to the carbon fiber conducting static electricity paint and the preparing method, comprising: (a) graphitizing the carbon fiber and adjuvant, stirring them in organic solvent for reaction for 10-20 minutes; (b) adding adjuvant to the mixture said above and stirring in organic solvent then treating with supersonic wave for 20-40 minutes; (c)mixing the dispersed solvent with epoxide resin, treating with supersonic wave for 10-20 minutes; (d)putting the dispersed matter into the sand mill, adding pigment while stirring at low speed, then stirring at high speed for 20-40 minutes, mixing and dispersing adequately, grinding; (e) adding the firming agent into the organic solvent, stirring; (f) mixing the two matter during the process intimately, solidifying and painting. The product is characterized by the little consumption, durable antistatic effect, oil resistance, corrosion-resisting, fire-resisting property, solvent resistance and good vapor-proof property, having no pollution to oil product and the long service life.
