The cut-off mechanism comprises a cut-off machine frame arranged in front of the mechanical arm, a fixed cutter arranged on the cut-off machine frame, and a movable cutter arranged on the cut-off machine frame in the manner that the movable cutter can move up and down through a lifting mechanism. The movable cutter corresponds to the fixed cutter. The automatic conveying and cut-off device can automatically covey and cut off the sugarcane. The sugarcane blockage and breakage phenomena can be avoided through the convening mechanism, the work efficiency of the automatic conveying and cut-off device is high, and the labor intensity of workers can be effectively lowered.
