HERWIRI2: Exponentiated Electroweak Corrections in a Hadronic Event Generator

HERWIRI2 isa step in implementing QED ⊗QCD exponentiationin a hadroniceventgenerator. This programimplementsleadingelectroweakcorrections and coherent exclusive exponentiation in a HERWIG environment.
