El progreso económico capitalista desde la Revolución Industrial hasta su actual crisis

espanolEl presente articulo analiza las formas que han tomado las relaciones entre las practicas economicas industrial-capitalistas del siglo XIX, XX y actuales, por un lado; las practicas de poder y administracion estatal de los estados desarrollados por otro; y la idea moderna y contemporanea de progreso. Analizamos el impacto que ha tenido la gran aceleracion economica de la post-guerra sobre los trabajadores y los ecosistemas mundiales, y la gran crisis de modelo economico y de cosmovision que se produce entre 2008 y la actualidad. Finalmente, estudiaremos las reformulaciones criticas que se estan haciendo de la idea de progreso desde escuelas de pensamiento como la economia ecologica, el decrecimiento y los movimientos sociales anticapitalistas. EnglishThis paper studies the structure of the relations between: (i) industrial-capitalist economic practices of the nineteenth century, twentieth century and current times; (ii) practices of power and state administration of the developed states; and (iii) the modern and contemporary idea of progress. We analyze the impact that the great economic acceleration of the post-war has had on workers and the world's ecosystems, and the great crisis of economic model and worldview that takes place between 2008 and today. Finally, we will study the critical reformulations that are being made of the idea of progress from schools of thought such as ecological economics, degrowth and anti-capitalist social movements.
