2011
The invention provides a method for subculturing Ectropis oblique hypulina Wehrli indoor with fresh leaves. The method comprises the following steps of: putting disinfected sand into a raising container, and injecting water; keeping the reasonable water quantity of the sand; inserting a tea tree branch into the sand; placing an Ectropis oblique hypulina Wehrli larva collected in the field onto the tea tree branch; covering the raising container with a silk curtain of 180-200 meshes; enabling the Ectropis oblique hypulina Wehrli larva to arbitrarily take food, and adding or replacing the tea tree branch according to the consumption situation of the tea leaves; in the old and mature larva pupating process, reducing water content of the sand; in the process of feathering the pupa into an adult, adding or replacing the tea tree branch; after an egg is hatched, adding a tender tea tree branch; and repeating the abovementioned steps, and successively circulating to achieve the purpose of subculturing the Ectropis oblique hypulina Wehrli indoor with the fresh leaves. The method has the advantages of low cost, easily obtainable materials, high larva survival rate and good larva growth anddevelopment condition.
