Are cefuroxime and vancomycin really safe on the corneal endothelial cells

Purpose To investigate the biochemical changes of the oxidant/antioxidant balance in corneal tissue, and determine the relative corneal endothelial toxicities of the following intracameral antibiotic agents: cefuroxime and vancomycin.
