The invention discloses a high efficiency light-condensing swing type solar power generation device comprising a pedestal, a ball joint, a support bar, a solar cell substrate, a number of solar cell movable plates, a number of convex lens glass plates, a number of first electric telescopic rods and a number of second electric telescopic rods, wherein the ball joint is mounted on the pedestal, the support bar is fixedly mounted on the ball joint, and the convex lens glass plates are fixedly mounted on the front sides of the solar cell substrate and the solar cell movable plates; the high efficiency light-condensing swing type solar power generation device also comprises a light ray inductor and a control device, an incident angle of light rays can be inducted via the light ray inductor, the control device controls movement of the ball joint, the solar cell substrate is fixed on an upper end of the support bar, the first and second electric telescopic rods are fixed on the support bar, and the solar cell movable plates are horizontally fixed on the first and second electric telescopic rods. Via use of the high efficiency light-condensing swing type solar power generation device, land use area can be reduced, perpendicular incidence of the light rays can be ensured, a solar energy utilization rate can be improved, and a light ray absorption rate can be raised.
