Structures of Error Systems

In order to gain better understanding upon the root causes, mechanism, and laws for generating errors, we must resort to the research on the system in which errors occur-i.e., error system. As system structure determines system behavior, therefore, we need to gain in-depth understanding on the study of temporal and spatial dynamics of the patterns and orders that system elements are connecting, organizing, and interacting with each other.
