Tele-Consultation System Supporting Asymmetrical Communications Between Customers and Expert Staff in Distributed Environment

In this paper, we propose groupware functions for supporting asymmetrical two-way communications, which play an important role during the tele-consultation such as financial consultation applications or helpdesk applications for customers by expert staff at distant locations.
