Dual-power automatic transfer switch device

The invention provides a dual-power automatic transfer switch device which has a neutral line overlapping conversion function. The device provided by the invention comprises a normal power supply static switch, a standby power supply static switch, quadrupolar type ATSE (Automatic Transfer Switching Equipment) and homopolar type ATSE which are connected in parallel, wherein the normal power supply static switch and the standby power supply static switch are both controllable double-throw switches based on a half-controlled device or a fully-controlled device; the homopolar type ATSE is not converted before the quadrupolar type ATSE is converted so as to ensure the neutral line overlapping conversion; if overlapping conversion is not required, the two switches are only required to act at the same time, the configuration is flexible, the potential safety hazard is eliminated, as a result, requirements of different user can be met. Therefore, the double-power automatic transfer switch device provided by the invention is simple and reliable.
