Клинико-диагностические особенности острой стадии гематогенного остеомиелита длинных трубчатых костей у лиц молодого возраста

The analysis of clinical cases of 206 adult patients with haematogenic osteomyelitis receiving treatment at the department of purulent surgery has been carried out. The authors paid special attention to difficulties of early diagnostics: at an out-patient stage the correct diagnosis of an acute stage of the disease has been made only in 27,5% of patients, on a hospital admission 83,7%. Early diagnostics was based on the clinical manifestation of the disease. Radiological changes were registered only on 12-14-th day.
