Combined internal fixation device for reduction of acetabular fractures

The invention discloses a combined internal fixation device for reduction of acetabular fractures. The device comprises a pelvis reduction steel plate and a quadrilateral-area steel plate. The pelvis reduction steel plate and the quadrilateral-area steel plate are fixedly connected through screws. The middle widened section of the pelvis reduction steel plate can fix comminuted fractures of anterior columns of acetabulums in a supporting mode, while the upper part of the quadrilateral-area steel plate is designed with a 70-degree outward angle so as to fix quadrilateral-area fractures neighboring to load-bearing areas in a supporting mode. The combined internal fixation device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, can effectively fix comminuted fractures in combined quadrilateral areas of the anterior columns of the acetabulums all at once. Operation time is shortened, and operation risk is reduced.
