The invention discloses a vibration isolation device for track traffic. The vibration isolation device comprises a vibration isolation inner barrel, a vibration isolation outer barrel (2) and a heightening seat (4), wherein the vibration isolation inner barrel is sleeved in the vibration isolation outer barrel (2); the heightening seat (4) is arranged in and in threaded connection with the vibration isolation outer barrel (2); the vibration isolation inner barrel comprises a base (1), an annular damping barrel (20), an upper support plate (15) and a shearing barrel (19); the annular damping barrel (20) is arranged on the base (1) and provided with an annular groove (20a); the annular groove (20a) is filled with damping liquid (20b); a vibration-damping spring (24) is arranged in the vibration isolation inner barrel; and the upper end of the vibration-damping spring (24) is pressed against the upper support plate (15), while the lower end is pressed against the base (1). The vibration isolation device has the advantages of compact overall structure, convenient installation and detachment, good vibration isolation effect, rapid after shock consumption and capability of realizing stepless heightening.
