The Construction of Rip1-Tag2;P-sel~(-/-) mice Model

Objective To construct the Rip1-Tag2;P-sel-/-mice.Methods Female PKO mice were mated with male Rip1-Tag2 mice and male progeny carrying the Rip1-Tag2 transgene.Mice were genotyped by PCR.Result After female PKO mice being mated with male Rip1-Tag2 mice for three generations,Rip1-Tag2;P-sel-/-mice were obtained.Conclusion Rip1-Tag2;P-sel-/-mice were obtained and propagated through Rip1-Tag2 mice being mated with PKO mice.
