By means of the structure, the traffic light recognizing device has the advantages of being simple and reasonable in structure, converting traffic light signals into text images and sound-light signals, enabling a traffic light display interface to be more reasonable, being user-friendly in a sound alarm method, bringing convenience to an achromatopsia driver and a fatigue driver to accurately recognize the traffic light, enabling the driver to be safer and smoother in a driving process, especially fully utilizing the vehicle-mounted GPS module and reducing production cost.
