Method, device and system for measuring oilseed rape laminae and forms of sclerotium scabs synchronously

The invention provides a method and a system for measuring oilseed rape laminae and the forms of sclerotium scabs synchronously. The method includes the following steps of: acquiring images of the oilseed rape laminae infected with sclerotiniose; segmenting the acquired image to acquire background gridding images, and calculating pixel counts occupied by unit gridding and pixel counts occupied by unit length; extracting the images of the oilseed rape laminae, and calculating the areas, lengths and widths of the oilseed rape laminae; extracting the images of the sclerotium scabs, and calculating the areas, lengths and widths of the sclerotium scabs; and calculating the proportion of the sclerotium scabs to the integral oilseed rape laminae. The system comprises a gridding background plate, a tectorial membrane, a support, a clamping unit and an image acquisition and processing unit. By the method and the system, the synchronous, quick, accurate and nondestructive measurement of the oilseed rape laminae and the forms of the sclerotium scabs can be realized.
