The invention relates to the technical field of sports equipment, in particular to a ball hitting posture training device and method based on a racket movement track. The ball hitting posture training device comprises a signal acquiring module, a control module and a receiving module which are in signal connection. The signal acquiring module acquires posture signals of a racket in backswing, ball hitting and follow-through processes and transmits the posture signals to the control module. The control module receives the posture signals of the signal acquiring module, acquires corresponding audio signals according to the posture signals and transmits the audio signals to the receiving module. The receiving module receives the audio signals of the control module, a user determines accuracy of a backswing path, a ball hitting position and a follow-through path according to the audio signals, and backswing, ball hitting and follow-through actions are adjusted. By the posture training device, racket track positioning can be assisted to form correct backswing, ball hitting and follow-through actions, therefore, ball hitting accuracy and rhythm sensation of an athlete are improved in a continues using process, and feel of the ball and feel of the field are improved.
