The encapsulation structure comprises a first substrate (11) and a second substrate (12) which are arranged opposite to each other, and a frame sealing portion (14) which is arranged between the first substrate (11) and the second substrate (12), wherein a first enclosed cavity is enclosed by the first substrate (11), the second substrate (12) and the frame sealing portion (14), and a structure to be encapsulated (13) is provided in the first enclosed cavity; and the frame sealing portion (14) has a second enclosed cavity, and hydrophobic liquid (143) is filled in the second enclosed cavity. The encapsulation structure can effectively obstruct water vapour and oxygen, improve the performance of the structure to be encapsulated, and lengthen the service life of the structure to be encapsulated.
