Benzamidoxime derivatives of the formula I where the substituents have the following meanings: R1 hydrogen or fluorine; alkyl R2 having 1 to 4 carbon atoms which may be substituted by cyano, halogenated alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkoxy having 1 to 4 carbon atoms-alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkenyl having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, halogenated alkenyl having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, alkinyl having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl having 3 to 8 carbon atoms-alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; R3 represents phenyl-alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms which may carry in the phenyl ring one or more selected from the group consisting of halogen substituents, alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, halogenated alkyl having 1 to 4 atoms carbon, alkoxy having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or halogenated alkoxy having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or thienyl-alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms which may carry on the thienyl ring one or more substituents selected from group consisting of halogen, alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, halogenated alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkoxy having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or halogenated alkoxy having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or pyrazol-alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, which may bear on the pyrazole ring one or more selected from the group consisting of halogen substituents, alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, halogenated alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkoxy having 1 to 4 atoms c arbon or halogenated alkoxy having 1 to 4 carbon atoms.
