This topic mainly discusses the system control and application principle based on PLC(Programmable Logic Controller), combined with the knowledge of electronics, Internet, electromechanical, computer, communication, sensors, etc., to build a wearable walking walker that can adjust the rehabilitation program according to the degree of the patient's leg injury.The intelligent ward walker can scientifically time the three rehabilitation selection functional gear positions, so that patients can get scientific training time and appropriate rest time while reducing the risk coefficient.Through the communication function module, the function of alarm and disalarm during rehabilitation can be realized to enhance the patient's sense of security.Smart ward step to help each patient rehabilitation progress and the indicators data feedback to intelligent ward after total PLC control system, the medical staff can make an accurate judgment, accordingly in patients with different formulate effective rehabilitation plan, next to reduce the burden of the staff, enhances the working efficiency of the medical staff, more intelligent to speed up the rehabilitation process of patients.This study is suitable for the use of major hospitals with orthopedic surgery (leg) rehabilitation ward, and has a very broad research prospect.
