VI Jornadas de Derecho Constitucional. Intervención del estado en la economía

The Law program of the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences of the UNAB has developed the VI Conference on Constitutional Law on April 13 and 14 2018 in the city of Bucaramanga. This time the theme that brings us together is State intervention in the economy. We have had the presence of prestigious academics, one international and four nationals, who have shared with us their studies and conclusions about of some themes in which state intervention in the economy is specified. We are aware of the importance of promoting the study of Law in the region, not only for our students, but for the community interested in legal issues of regional and national impact. We are sure that this This initiative creates an academic space for reflection on the constitutionalization of Law. We invite readers to learn about the topics covered in this study day and incorporate disciplinary contributions to the production, interpretation and application of the Law in Colombia.
