Активность дегидрогеназ лимфоцитов больных распространенным перитонитом в зависимости от тяжести заболевания по шкале Мангеймского индекса

The limphocytes dehydrogenases activities were observed in patients with diffuse peritonitis and healthy individuals. Patients were divide into groups with mild and medium severity peritonitis by Manheim index scale. Activity of many observed limphocytes dehydrogenases was increased in patients with mild peritonitis and the same as healthy individuals in patients with medium severity of peritonitis coupled with increase of intoxication indices. These peculiarities are explained by increased immature cells quota in patients with mild peritonitis. Greater intoxication in patients with medium severity peritonitis is a possible cause of lowering new cells number. Discovered substances pathways alterations in limphocytes confirm expediency of methabolic medicines administration to immunocorrection in patients with diffuse peritonitis.
